Their Story

Martha Mitchell Zoller was a prominent political commentator and radio host whose sharp analytical voice helped shape Georgia politics for more than three decades. Born August 23, 1959, she graduated from the University of Georgia's Grady School of Journalism in 1979 and initially worked as a corporate buyer before transitioning to radio in 1994 as a caller-turned-on-air personality at WDUN in Gainesville. She became the host of "The Martha Zoller Show," building a reputation for intelligent political analysis and civil interviews despite her unapologetic conservative focus. Beyond her prominent radio presence, Zoller ran for Georgia's 9th Congressional District seat as a Republican in 2012, served on the State Board of Education, worked as a key advisor to Senator David Perdue and Governor Brian Kemp, and earned a master's degree in political science from the University of Georgia in 2021. Her influence extended to national television, appearing regularly on CNN, Fox News, MSNBC, and PBS. She was married to Linwood Zoller III, with whom she raised four children and six grandchildren, and was deeply devoted to her family, faith, and service to her community.
